At SWAGME, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you’ve returned a product in accordance with our Return Policy, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for items that:
- Are returned within 7 days of delivery
- Pass the quality inspection at our warehouse
- Meet all return conditions (unused, unwashed, original tags and packaging intact)
2. Refund Methods
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or as store credit, based on your preference
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after the returned product passes quality check
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway
4. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds are issued for:
- Non-returnable items (innerwear, accessories, customized products)
- Items returned in a used, damaged, or tampered condition
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
5. Refund Delays
If your refund is delayed:
- Check your bank/payment account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
