Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st May 2025

At SWAGME, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you’ve returned a product in accordance with our Return Policy, you may be eligible for a refund as per the terms below.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for items that:

  • Are returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Pass the quality inspection at our warehouse
  • Meet all return conditions (unused, unwashed, original tags and packaging intact)

2. Refund Methods

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or as store credit, based on your preference

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after the returned product passes quality check
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway

4. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds are issued for:

  • Non-returnable items (innerwear, accessories, customized products)
  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or tampered condition
  • Shipping charges (if applicable)

5. Refund Delays

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank/payment account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
