At SWAGME, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The item must not fall under our non-returnable categories

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories
• Customized or altered products
• Final sale or clearance items

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

• Email us at support@swagme.in with your order ID and the reason for return
• We will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps
• Pickup will be arranged, or customers may be requested to self-ship based on location

5. Condition for Approval

Returned items will be accepted only after inspection. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be sent back to the customer.
