1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier efficiency.
4. Shipping Charges
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable.
- COD orders may carry an additional fee as mentioned at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
6. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or courier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
SWAGME is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
7. Delivery Attempt
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the package after 2 attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details.
